1 Introduction

2 Eligibility & Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit: Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified depending on your chosen payment method. The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the deposit page within your account.

Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests will be processed once the standard security review is complete. Withdrawals will only be approved to a bank account in the same name as the kakiJudi account holder – this is an important protective measure. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your account tier.

In the event of a technical dispute during gameplay — such as an internet connection failure or system error — the final outcome will be determined based on our server records, which are considered conclusive and binding. • Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure

KakiJudi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Failure to complete the KYC review process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance will be returned once all security checks are completed, provided no terms violations warrant a balance freeze.

9 Liability Limits

KakiJudi provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical interruptions. We will make every effort to ensure platform availability at all times, though periodic maintenance and system updates are necessary.

The kakiJudi platform is not liable for:

• Losses due to internet connection interruptions on the user's end.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Damage to a user's device caused by use of the platform.

KakiJudi's maximum liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
